Introduction:
The second European PKI Workshop will be held in the historic town of Canterbury, (in)famous from Chaucer's Canterbury Tales. With its cobbled streets, ancient city walls, and of course, the imposing and architecturally stunning Canterbury Cathederal, this is a most fitting location for the second EuroPKI workshop.

The conference will be hosted by the University of Kent. From its hill top location, one can see the entire city of Canterbury spread out in the valley below.

Kent is known as the Garden of England, and its sunny weather allows grapes to be grown and wine to be harvested. We are sure that this will be a most memorable workshop and we look forward to seeing you there in the summer of 2005.
