Accommodation

Most of the accommodation is within 25 minutes from the conference location by bus or within 45 minutes when walking. You will receive further booking details for each of these locations after successful subscription to the conference. Note that it is not mandatory to book in at one of these locations and you may choose to find your own alternative accommodation.

Reserved Rooms

We have managed to reserve a number of rooms at the following locations within Canterbury and the prices stated are valid from Sunday 2nd September 2012 until Wednesday 5th September 2012 with three nights stay inclusive. All the reserved rooms include a hot breakfast and are guaranteed to be available until the ultimate booking date. After this date the rooms may not be available so make your reservation as soon as possible. Other rooms are available but at higher prices and these are not reserved. If a group booking is going to be required, please let us know, as we can arrange this our end ensuring we get the discounted prices. Recommended is the Tyler Court accommodation based at the University of Kent main campus with great views over the University grounds and Canterbury and only a few minutes to the conference location.

Unreserved Rooms

We have provided a list of some smaller establishments within Canterbury but we have not reserved any rooms as these are on a first come first serve basis. The prices quoted here are also subject to change. A hot breakfast is included at each location and other rooms are available but at higher prices.
