Coordinated GT4 Authorisation Service

This is a Coordinated Authorisation Service V2.0 that can be deployed with Globus Toolkit version 4.1.x (or Coordinated Authorisation Service V1.0 with Globus Toolkit version 4.0.x). The service allows for coordinated decision making by multiple Coordinated PDPs in a grid, in order to control the use of resources throughout an entire grid. Each Coordinated PDP in the grid liases with all the other Coordinated PDPs, via a coodination database grid service. Each Coordinated PDP makes use of a local PDP (either PERMIS or XACML) to make the authz decision.
